How we do business

As copywriters, our watchwords are 'listen', 'learn' and 'inform'… We want to be certain that we don't bark up the wrong tree. To achieve this, we work closely with you, the client, to make absolutely sure we convey the right message and voice on paper, page and website.

Here's how it works:

Step One: We meet in person or on the phone and define the project details. Specifically, this means what you're trying to accomplish and how.

Step Two: We prepare a copywriting proposal that includes ideas, a budget, timeline and a legally-binding contract.

Step Three: We write the copy inline with the proposal; we're happy to accept further ideas and suggestions once the ball is rolling. This can be through meetings, email or phone calls.

Step Four: We submit the final project. Based on your direction, we'll refine the work until we're both satisfied that it meets your objectives. Our quotes usually include a free redraft, with additional reworks charged accordingly.
